1.1 14-day return & money-back guarantee

You have 14 days to return your order. And if you’re a little late? No worries: we’re happy to help and find a solution (terms apply). For more information, please have a look at this page.

1.2 What is the delivery time if the product is in stock?

If the product is in stock, you will immediately see how many items are available and the estimated delivery time. The estimated delivery time is usually 1–5 business days. Please note that the exact delivery depends on the shipping carrier and may sometimes vary slightly. For freight shipments (large parts such as bumpers and side skirts), delivery may sometimes take a little longer than expected. For more information, please have a look at this page.

1.3 Important information after completing your order

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Please also check your spam/junk folder.

In the order confirmation, you will find a link where you can upload photos of your vehicle.

For most products, we ask for one or more photos of your vehicle (for example the front, rear and/or side). Which photos are required depends on the product you ordered, so we can check that you have ordered the correct product for your car.

Please don’t forget to send the photos, as this helps us process your order faster.

1.4 Why do we ask for photos of the vehicle?

Some customers accidentally order the wrong product.
By checking the photos in advance, we save time and avoid unnecessary shipping and return costs.

1.5 Will this fit my car?

Not sure if it will fit your car? Just send us a photo of your car and we’ll gladly check it for you.

1.6 Can I install it myself?

Installing car parts requires experience and the right tools. Professional installation by an experienced mechanic/company (specialized in tuning parts) is recommended. We can also install it for you in our workshop. Dejavu Cars is not responsible for any damage or consequences caused by incorrect installation.

1.7 How is my order packaged?

We carefully inspect each product and pack it securely using proper packaging materials such as bubble wrap, corner protectors and filling material. We use sturdy boxes to help prevent damage during shipping.

1.8 How quickly do you respond to messages?

We usually respond within 24–48 hours on business days. During busy periods, it may take a little longer.
