Delivery & Shipping

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to dispatch orders placed on working days before 10:00 noon on the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is given on the product page. Should we not meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Parcel services charge surcharges in the following cases. We will inform you about this in advance.

Surcharges:
Surcharge for remote areas.
Surcharge for islands.

Delivery time:
The delivery times indicated are an expected delivery time. For freight shipments, the delivery time may be slightly longer than expected.
