What are the terms and conditions of Second Chance?
The same terms and conditions apply to Second Chance as to new products. This means you can return your purchase free of charge within 14 days.

Can I negotiate the price of a Second Chance product?
The discount on a Second Chance product is determined based on the condition of the product and the stock available. It is not possible to negotiate the price.
